Introducing Upstate Untapped, an esteemed real estate team co-founded by the accomplished real estate agents, Steven DiLorenzo and Alex Alvarez. With a dedicated focus on properties nestled within the exquisite landscapes of upstate New York, the team emerged onto the scene in the year 2023, subsequently solidifying its position by joining Compass. ⛰️ I had the opportunity to contribute to their brand identity through the creation of their logo. Guided by the taste of Steven and Alex, the logo's design sought to seamlessly marry principles of cleanliness, minimalism, modernity, and professionalism. ⛰️ Their discerning choice of colors aimed to evoke the verdant beauty that characterizes upstate New York's natural landscapes. ​⛰️ After four rounds of iterative phases of logo development, a definitive selection was picked and eloquently encapsulated their shared aesthetic aspirations. ⛰️ Using the Audry typeface, the logo exudes a timeless elegance that resonates with its overarching brand image. Its versatile design enables it in a myriad of contexts – from the comprehensive rendition to the succinct U/U emblem. ⛰️ Furthermore, it harmonizes seamlessly with backgrounds of solid greens and blacks, and can also be presented sans the enclosing square border, underscoring its adaptability and adaptivity
