While working as a freelance art director and production artist for DK,
Penguin Random House, I had the opportunity to create several social media posts for Instagram posts, and a promo sticker sheet for the book Pests & Other Friends by
Halsey Berryman.

The first part of this project involved creating two Instagram posts: one grid post and one story post. Using elements from the book cover of Pests & Other Friends, I worked closely with the project manager and the author to design these promotional materials for the book's release.

The second part of the project involved taking the illustrator's drawings of the pests and turning them into a sticker sheet. This is where my production skills really came to shine: building the document in Adobe Illustrator, I ensured the artwork was high resolution and created dielines around each piece to guarantee proper printing and a functional

After the sticker sheet was finalized, I created social media posts to promote the book's release. The sticker sheet was included as part of special book promotions to celebrate the launch. The main programs used for this project were Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Both the client and the author loved the outcome.
